Human Topoisomerase II DNA Decatenation Assay Kit (enzyme not included) includes the assay buffer, concatenated DNA, spin columns and loading solution for 20 assays of DNA decatenation reactions. The assay buffer is optimized for human topoisomerase II alpha.
Properties
